Agri Beef takes pride in safely producing world-renowned, quality beef at our beef processing plants. Learn the integral processes and requirements that enable us to deliver quality products into grocery stores and restaurants across the globe. We are looking for motivated individuals excited about food safety and production to join our 2024 management trainee program. The management trainee works closely with the production management and teams to develop the necessary skills to manage different areas of the processing facility. This includes training in all areas of operations, policies, procedures, and actively participating in and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Individuals will be located at one of our processing plants in Toppenish, WA at the Washington Beef production plant or Jerome, Idaho at the True West Beef production plant.

The Management Trainee program will provide exposure and practical experience in a variety of beef plant operations, including:

• Production Floor Operations
• Maintenance
• Wastewater and Environmental Compliance
• Employee Safety
• Food Safety & Quality
• HR/IT/Accounting
• Animal Well-Being

Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be prepared to assume a management level position within the plant.

Qualifications:

• Interest in a career path in the agriculture industry
• Bachelor's degree focused in the field of animal science, food and meat sciences, environmental sciences, engineering, agriculture or business and economics (or equivalent experience)
• Must be graduated by Summer 2024

WAGE RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

BENEFITS: Competitive benefit package offered for regular (non-temporary/seasonal) employees (and qualified dependents) working 30 hours per week includes medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, 401k, PTO accrual up to 15 days per year, six (6) paid holidays annually, and three (3) floating holidays.
