We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch office. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and profit loss management
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans
- Experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques

What We Need From You:

• Minimum 5 years branch management experience
• Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
