    Job Description:

    This position is for a leader who will lead, inspire, and manage a team of motivated Insurance Professionals. It will require an ETHICAL Leader who has a growth mindset for themselves and has the same expectations for everyone around them. The Agency Operations Manager may be primarily stationed and work out of any of the five locations (Indiana, Homer City, Tyrone, Duncansville, and/ or Roaring Spring).

    Compensation: $65,000- $80,000 plus bonuses

    Job Type: Full-time, In Office, one location, required travel between all five locations periodically.

    Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

    License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (P&C), Life Insurance License (Preferred)

    Qualifications for the Agency Operations Manager:

    • Confident and works well within a team and independently.
    • Must be goal oriented.
    • Must be able to pass a Criminal and Credit Background Check
    • Must have PA P&C licenses.

    Responsibilities of the Agency Operations Manager:

    The main responsibility of the Agency Operations Manager is to manage all five locations and 10 employees.

    • Sell and Solicit Frick-Ketrow Products
    • Actively Market in the community
    • Help the Agency maintain and grow its book of business & educate clients.
    • Interview/ hire/ onboard employees
    • Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.
    • Establish client relationships and provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
    • Ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with The Thomas M. Frick Insurance Agency, LLC & Ketrow Insurance expectations.
    • Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
