Duties:
- Quoting insurance policies for multiple lines of business with multiple carriers
- Manage and oversee all aspects of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and customer service
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate insurance transactions
- Coordinate with insurance vendors to negotiate contracts, review coverage options, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and supervise insurance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and payments
- Collaborate with affiliate companies to ensure seamless integration of insurance processes into overall business operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in insurance management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as schedule management, vendor management, and calendar management
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for staff development
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
