Branch Manager - Insurance manages the daily activities of the branch office, with duties such as insurance claim processing (home, auto, life, mortgage, etc.), marketing, auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting. Hires, trains, and monitors the performance of new insurance agents. Being a Branch Manager - Insurance provides updates to the regional manager regarding operating results, insurance trends, and competitor methods. May provide guidance on more complex issues. Additionally, Branch Manager - Insurance develops new business through selling and marketing activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the regional manager. The Branch Manager - Insurance typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Responsibilities:
    Our corporate office generates exclusive, qualified leads who have expressed interest in our products and services. It will be your responsibility to invest in the proper amount of leads from the sources provided or obtain the proper amount of leads/contacts through your own sources. The proper amount required is determined by what you need to meet your personal goals. We will help you determine this based on your goals once you’ve joined the team. You will then convert them into clients through the following:
    · Call leads
    · Schedule appointments (either through Zoom meetings, phone calls, or in-person meetings - entirely up to you)
    · Walk families through the coverage options
    · Help families submit applications for coverage
    · Follow up on policy requirements
    · Life and Health Insurance license
    · Applicants must be coachable and willing to follow our proven sales system
    · Ideal candidates will be self-disciplined with scheduling and accomplishing tasks and goals
    · Moderate to High degree of computer proficiency
    · Must be willing to attend daily/weekly zoom training and team meetings, annual in-person conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development training
