You will direct and coordinate the activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure customers needs are met, provide impeccable customer service to external and internal customers, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work to maintain customer satisfaction for all customers through in-person interaction as well as phone interaction. Attention to detail from start to finish is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus.
