Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-inspection of rental trailers
- Check in and check out of trailers at the beginning and end of rental period.
- Scheduling, managing and all maintenance and repairs of trailers, as well as vendor management.
- Responsibility and participation in the collections process.
- Proficient at cost control and containment
- Insurance verification
- Some P&L management
- Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, and accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy.
- Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product.
- Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. Maintain good attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain handbooks
- Parts inventory and management
- Administrative duties
- Answering phones
- Computer Input of rental agreement and leases.
- Damage assessment on trailers
- Work and communicate in a team environment.
- Other duties may be assigned as required by the Company.

Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree, technical school training, or management experience in the trailer industry.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- List any other Certifications
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Some working knowledge of road trailer parts and components, or equivalent in rolling stock
- High level of organizational skills, and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
- PC and MS Office proficient
- Some fleet management experience helpful.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
