Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Review Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Overview
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Secured Card Credit Review Specialist.  This position requires attention to detail and an understanding of credit review procedures.

    This role is responsible for conducting credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on new prospective customer secured credit card applications.  This position makes credit decisions, monitors customer accounts in order to identify potential issues and minimize the company’s credit risk and potential loss. 

    Responsibilities:

    **Account Review:** Oversee the review of secured card accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    **Customer Support:** Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues related to secured card accounts.

    **Quality Assurance:** Maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness in secured card accounts processing.

    **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate risks associated with secured card account activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.

    **Reporting:** Assist with working daily, weekly and monthly exception reports

    **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.

    Basic Qualifications:

    -High School diploma or equivalent

    -Typically less than one year of related experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    -Basic knowledge of credit and risk analysis, economics, accounting and finance

    - Knowledge of secured card products, credit scoring models, and regulatory requirements.

    -Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

    -Effective verbal and written communication skills

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.65 - $26.02
