About the Job:

The Environmental Services Lead Tech will assist the department director and ES Team Leader in day-to-day supervision of the Environmental Services staff primarily assigned to the afternoon shift. He/she may perform duties of a float tech while overseeing and directing staff.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years’ cleaning experience in health care, food service, school or other public environment.
• Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability. Previous supervisory experience and/or training preferred. Must be willing to complete additional supervisory training classes as necessary.
• Must have demonstrated communication skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Must be flexible and be able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
• Must have good organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Shift Time: 8- hour shifts
