How You’ll Thrive:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of computerized registers, and cash-handling experience. The ideal candidate will have innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others, as well as excellent time management and self-management skills. 

A Day in the Life:

• Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating genuine compassion and a desire to help people.
• Assist our customers by working the customer service booth and answering phone calls, providing solutions to customer questions, and assisting with online ordering and customer returns.
• Work with the management team to create success and satisfaction for team members through training support and building a positive work environment.
• Maintain product quality and store cleanliness.
• Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
• Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Availability and Compensation:

• Part-time or Full-time, Monday - Saturday availability
• Three Saturdays a month and four days a week are required for this position
• $13 - $15/hour, DOE
