You will direct and coordinate the activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure customers needs are met, provide impeccable customer service to external and internal customers, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work to maintain customer satisfaction for all customers through in-person interaction as well as phone interaction. Attention to detail from start to finish is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus.

Core Responsibilities

• Work and lead team to provide impeccable customer service
• Responsible for inventory control, including cycle counts, adjustments and maintain proper inventory of products
• Supervise team consisting of inside sales associates and warehouse personnel
• Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of facility in compliance with all policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum one year related management experience and training; OR combination of education and training or experience
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate, encourage and promote team work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems a plus
