Branch Service Manager oversees daily branch activities. Monitors branch service quality and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Being a Branch Service Manager manages and schedules tellers and customer service staff. Schedules Customer Service Clerks/Reps to ensure adequate coverage. Additionally, Branch Service Manager implements and reviews bank policies and procedures, prepares branch for audits, and keeps branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Handles more complex customer complaints and questions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Branch Manager. The Branch Service Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the service and operations of a retail branch location. In this essential role, you will ensure all bank policies, procedures and regulatory compliance are adhered to on a daily basis through effective communications, strong product knowledge and a friendly, responsive approach. Rather than focus on sales goals, Beal Bank is known for our competitive rates, secure growth and great service. This position supervises and leads the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. The position may include other duties as directed by the Manager.
This position is based at the Bellevue location with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
