Branch Service Manager oversees daily branch activities. Monitors branch service quality and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Being a Branch Service Manager manages and schedules tellers and customer service staff. Schedules Customer Service Clerks/Reps to ensure adequate coverage. Additionally, Branch Service Manager implements and reviews bank policies and procedures, prepares branch for audits, and keeps branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Handles more complex customer complaints and questions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Branch Manager. The Branch Service Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. FIELD SERVICE MECHANIC A

  • Position Summary

    Branch Civil is searching for an experienced and safety-oriented Mechanic to join our well-established, growing company. The Mechanic assembles, sets up, adjusts, maintains, repairs and welds equipment.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    • Operates any equipment unit on a temporary basis for operating adjustments
    • Make repairs necessary and performs preventive maintenance practices necessary to increase service life of the equipment
    • Familiar with: Lubrication, Paint & Body, Machine Shop, Injector-governor, Water-cooled Engine rebuild, Transmission and rear-ends, Air-cooled engines, Heavy Equipment parts
    • May perform other related duties

    • Knowledge of construction techniques
    • 1 to 3 years of Mechanic experience
    • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
    • DOT experience preferred, but not required

The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40 hours a week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.
