We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the sales territory:
• Identify and target car dealerships within the assigned territory to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
• Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
• Continuously assess the territory's potential for growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive revenue and profitability:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives defined in the strategic plan and annual sales budget.
• Maximize sales volume by promoting our products and services to car dealerships.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service:
• Act as a trusted advisor to car dealerships, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
• Offer product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to build customer loyalty.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Market analysis and reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts, providing insights into territory performance and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at various levels.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
