Honor Bank would love to have YOUR SMILING face be on our teller line as a Customer Service Representative (CSR/Teller)!

This position is responsible for greeting, caring for and assisting customers in a courteous and pleasant manner, by processing deposits, withdrawals and payments; answering customer’s questions and directing them to the appropriate bank personnel; listening to customers wants and recognizing what they need or what the bank can do to serve them better.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Go above and beyond for customers: Delivers world class customer service.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Accurate and focused in handling transactions and cash.
• Become knowledgeable of security procedures, banking regulations, computer applications, and branch operations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must be dependable, flexible, a team player, professional and calm under pressure.
• Ability to read and write well and do basic math functions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required; and one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.

Valid Drivers License is required as the CSR role does transfer between branches when needs arise for coverage.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time. Required to stand as you wait on customers.
• Ability to bend, stand, twist, use stairs and move fluidly on the CSR line.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. Lifting such things a paper boxes and coin bags, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
