We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Office Manager with strong organizational skills to join a small boutique relationship service and matchmaking company.
TASKS
- Assist owner with restructuring company organization..
- Increase efficiency of company operations.
- Contact clients via phone and email.
- Organize and take notes on company activities.
- Take initiative with digital marketing, social media management and strategies.
- Collaborate with management to plan and manage schedules for apprentices.
- Learn about the company and support a developing relationship consulting agency.
- Effective communication skills
- Promotes a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members
TIME COMMITMENT
- 12-20 hours/wk for the first 2 weeks probationary period/training. Open to 25-35 hours/week after.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven organizational skills
- Previous management and operations experience preferred
- Ability to create or assist with creating systems and processes
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- The following skillsets are complimentary to the role but not necessary must-haves: graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, videography editing.

Work Remotely
- LIMITED REMOTE WORK: 20% first month, then gradually increase to 60% remote after 3-6 months

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour bonus commission
