Additionally, Broker Relations Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Broker Relations Representative gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Great communication and social skills
- Show good organizational and time management skills
