Has a full time opening for a Budget Analyst position within the AAAD department. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for development and maintenance of the accounting system which will accurately account for all Federal, State, and Local Funds (to include in-kind) received by AAAD and disbursed to its service providers. The Budget Analyst will act as fiscal advisor to the Director of AAAD and will provide technical assistance relating to fiscal matters to service providers funded by AAAD. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and submission of all required financial reports. Applicant must have effective communication skills, oral and written, must be able to problem solve, and have good listening skills. Ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally with colleagues and consumers. Bachelor’s degree in field of accounting or related field required. Five years of experience in maintaining a standard form of records involving ledgers, journals, financial statements, back account reconciliation, etc. This position is on site located in Martin, TN.
