Basic Function: As our Fiscal Specialist Extraordinaire, you will help to ensure that our departmental and operations are in perfect harmony with our grant funding requirements while staying within budget guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director to craft budgets of at least $1 million that pave the way for program success.
• Collaborate with our departmental wizards to conjure up operational strategies
• Help with departmental payroll to ensure proper allocation of grant staffing funds.
• Requisition and procurement for necessary materials, supplies, and services.
• Work your magic with HR to ensure our staffing assignments are on point.
• Assist the Director in the administration of our grant-funded activities.
• Fulfill any mystical services requested by our Director of Administration to ensure we're compliant with grant rules and regulations.
• The ability to organize large amounts of fiscal data to support ongoing analysis, and to present that analysis in a succinct format that can be understood

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any area related to business administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
