While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. Kitchen is very warm in the summer months and the freezers are very cold. Area near the dish room is humid. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employee can be exposed to 2nd and 3rd hand smoke
