BUILDING INSPECTOR jobs in Pueblo, CO

We are seeking a Pole Barn Builder to join our team! Growing company is looking for experienced Post Frame Construction/ Pole Barn Builders for immediate openings. We are putting up buildings all over the area, and need reliable experienced people. Starting at $18 - $25 Hr depending on experience overtime available. Some jobs will be out of town and need people with flexibility to be out of town for limited days to complete jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Building and Labor: Construct and assemble various structures and buildings. This typically includes building framing and covering (sheet metal/roof), installing windows, doors, garage doors (and opener), insulation, and inside tin/plywood.
• Equipment Handling: The worker must have proper knowledge of tools and equipment to start building structures.
• Teamwork: The worker should have the ability to work well with a team.
• Transportation: The worker should have reliable transportation to get to office location.
• Quality Control: The worker is responsible for ensuring that the work is done correctly and meets the client’s expectations.
• These responsibilities ensure that the construction project remains on schedule, under budget, and meets the client’s expectations.

​Qualifications:

• Previous 2 years experience in Pole Barn Building/ Post Frame Construction and related fields
• Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
• - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity Carpentry tools and equipment
• Reliable/ Available and on time for work
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
