Our newly created Generic division, Yaral Pharma, is looking for a Manager of Business Analytics and Planning to join our team on this exciting journey! This individual will be a part of a highly entrepreneurial and growing team to drive a new chapter in the overall growth and sustainability of IBSA CH through establishing a synergistic generic business compliment the longstanding, global branded organization. This role requires a hands-on, highly participative individual responsible for supporting the team from the CEO down in conducting key business evaluations, lead data management needs and insight to support all aspects of the business from forecast/demand planning, product performance tracking and projections, assigned due diligence initiatives, strategic planning analytics, and specified commercial projects as defined by the CEO. This position will be responsible for raising the organizations overall knowledge capital to help perform at the highest level and improve the efficiency and quality of specific areas within our business. The Manager of Business Analytics and Planning will interface with staff, management, senior leadership, and shared services, part of IBSA Pharma. The position reports to the CEO of Yaral Pharma Inc.

Job Description

The Manager of Business Analytics and Planning will be responsible for all business analytics and data management on behalf of Yaral. This will include managing all secondary data partners, creating and maintaining data sets and evaluations, developing an overall business analytics plan. You will be collaborating with business partners on product needs (scope, scheduling, priority). As a key contributor, you will have the ability to impact the overall business by contributing to the following specific activities:

• Internal/external data management and assessment
• Demand planning/forecast support and evaluation of existing product portfolio
• Market analysis of the generic industry and specific portfolio or target markets
• Develop customer channel evaluations
• Market due diligence projects
• Participate in assigned BD projects including due diligence, business case development and strategy
• Marketing project support requiring analytics or measurement

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis and design phase of product enhancements and ensure they are implemented as designed
• Track, measure and report progress against the execution of approved product initiatives
• Plan and design business processes, making recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities
• Support revenue forecasting by importing and reconciling data with scheduling tool
• Leverage data and facts to identify patterns, using judgment to form conclusions that may challenge conventional wisdom, and focuses on the issues to identify high leverage intervention points and strategies
• Contribute to critical long term strategy meetings and build plan documents in coordination with the CEO and respective teams
