Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. The Business Manager – OR provides administrative/clerical support and coordination of the OR Department. This position requires working closely with all staff including physicians. Monitors charges and expenses, maintains database, tracks clinical income by staff and assists with budget providing information to the Nurse Manager.

Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a clinical setting preferred. Also, Accounting and Financial background required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, report and manage patient care information typically obtained through previous experience. Demonstrated written, verbal communication and presentation skills required. Must be proficient in clerical skills, Windows, Word, Excel, Access and other computer skills.
