Position Summary:
We are recruiting for a Project Manager for End User Services in San Diego, CA. The Project Manager will provide support to the Infrastructure Services (IS) within PEO Digital. Experience with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle and information technology operations. Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects. Experience with developing program baselines and identifying program risks. Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions. Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.
These roles will be assigned to specific Infrastructure Services (IS) projects with aligned Government Service Owners. The primary day-to-day responsibilities will be managing information technology related infrastructure projects from cradle-to-grave including cost, schedule, and performance. These roles will support the development of statements of objectives (SOO) to meet Government requirements and support the review of vendor proposals within infrastructure services project areas. A focus of these roles will include reporting on project metrics to clients and working as part of a cross-functional team to delivery infrastructure solutions. These projects are managed using a combination of traditional project management and Agile methodology. Previous experience with ServiceNow is a bonus.
