Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. The Manager of Data Analytics will be responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts and Scientists to extract and communicate actionable insights from complex datasets. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, develop data-driven strategies, and implement analytical solutions to drive business growth. Additionally, this role will oversee the design and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders and clients at all levels of their organizations.
The ideal candidate understands the need for data accuracy and cleanliness; is also familiar with data management best practices and a strong understanding of data ETL processes. The company is in a high-growth phase and the ideal candidate is an individual with an interest in heavy equipment or analytics and the ability to develop further in this role.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $115,000/year - $122,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
