Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Banking Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing business service products, including but not limited to cash management and remote deposit draft capture (RDC) sales and merchant services activities, which include the development of new cash/treasury management business, new remote deposit draft capture business (RDC), new merchant services business, expansion of existing business relationships and servicing clients. He or she is responsible for business development and establishment of new clients for D.L. Evans Bank. The Business Banking Manager plans, develops and implements effective marketing strategies and policies designed to attract and acquire new customers. He or she introduces new products to existing customers and provides ongoing communication with clients. The Business Banking Manager develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives. He or she engages in frequent local travel as dictated by the necessities of the job. The Business Banking Manager represents D.L. Evans Bank at industry seminars and trade conventions as required. He or she supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel.
