Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Analytics Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Highlights

    Inside Sales/Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:

    Engage business owners to set first point-of-contact for the Regional VP of Sales.

    Manage client relationships and schedule appropriate follow-up with the "C Suite".

    Exhibit a professional attitude in dealing with clients and team members.

    Work with a team of dedicated professionals to meet and exceed goals on a daily and weekly basis.

    Maintaining clear records in our CRM system to effectively drive performance within the team.

    Be prepared to excel in initial training and continuing educational efforts.

    $33,208 - $90,000 a year
    Base Salary: $16/Hour to $19.23/hour.
    Commissions result in additional earnings of $15,000 to $50,000 annually.
    Cogent Analytics puts a high priority on rewarding employees for performance and achievement.
    We offer a competitive hourly wage and an aggressive performance-based compensation package. Conservative first year earning potential of $55,000 , with top performers earning 95K .
    We offer a robust benefits package including 70% paid medical (for the employee), employer paid dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and 401K retirement.
