Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Inside Sales/Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:
Engage business owners to set first point-of-contact for the Regional VP of Sales.
Manage client relationships and schedule appropriate follow-up with the "C Suite".
Exhibit a professional attitude in dealing with clients and team members.
Work with a team of dedicated professionals to meet and exceed goals on a daily and weekly basis.
Maintaining clear records in our CRM system to effectively drive performance within the team.
