This role will be part of the EDF scrum team focused on supporting business application development, testing and data wrangling/reporting.
Essential Job Functions:

Provide ServiceNow no/low code configuration.
Provide process improvement analysis and support.
Provide data analysis, metrics and reporting development support.

Support application development process across platforms with testing.
Required Skills:

A bachelor's degree plus 1 years of relevant experience is required. An associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or high school diploma plus 8 years of related experience will also be considered.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Follow all policies and procedures governing the secure operation and authorized use of DoD information systems.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data models).
Experience with macros and queries (prefer Microsoft VBA and SQL).
Experience with using databases, relational theory, data modeling, data transformation/wrangling.
Creating visualizations (Python, Tableau, Qlik).
Understanding of data analysis, data science, machine learning and statistics.
Understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and basic configuration.
Ability to learn quickly and think outside of the box.

Desired Skills:
Experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), PowerBI and report development.
