Business Application Delivery Manager manages a team of business application delivery programmers. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Manager leads multiple projects and oversees programmers to ensure that established policies and procedures are followed correctly. Trains programmers on standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Manager establishes deadlines, develops goals, and tracks performance metrics for the department. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Application Delivery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Application Delivery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in a sales related industry
- Must possess excellent judgment, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proven knowledge, experience and a history of success in sales and dealing with people from a distance
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and strategic thinking skills
- Sales experience
- Computer literate
