This position has expectations of 10% work in office and 90% work remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Leadership: Join the IT Leadership Team with a strong voice, actively engaging in planning and executing transformative IT initiatives.
• Innovation at Its Core: Expertly design and code front-end applications, conducting quick POCs with Angular/React to deliver stellar user experiences.
• Team Leadership: Provide oversight and leadership to a talented team of software developers and database engineers.
• Process Optimization: Ensure meticulous planning, design sessions, and MVP requirements, guaranteeing effective QA testing and successful software releases.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders, contributing to the application release planning team for prioritization and effective documentation.
• SDLC Mastery: Manage and enhance SDLC processes, ensuring the application development team follows best practices and utilizes cutting-edge tools.

What You Bring:

• Tech Guru: 8 years of front-end development with React/Angular and Java scripting.
• Design Maven: Hands-on UI/UX experience with a flair for visualizing and translating consumer needs into innovative solutions.
• Database Whiz: 5 years of PL/SQL experience, integrating seamlessly with hibernate, spring batch, and spring boot.
• Adaptable Leader: Proven experience migrating front-end solutions, coupled with 5 years managing remote software engineering teams and building complex applications.
• Methodology Maestro: Deep understanding of the SDLC, coupled with expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Tech Toolbox: Experience with Microsoft development platforms, specifically the PowerPlatform and SQL Server.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and technologies in issue tracking, build development, delivery, documentation, and release management.
