Business Continuity Manager leads the implementation and supports the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Business Continuity Manager leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Business Continuity Manager supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Continuity Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Continuity Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Restaurant General Managers are responsible for:

    • Leading a team of managers and crew members with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby’s Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and Operations
    • Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
    • Setting an example in excellent customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions in a friendly environment
    • Working with the District Manager to ensure that Arby’s and Tria company policies and procedures are practiced in a manner that is consistent with company standards and state required laws
    • Performing human resource functions including staffing, training, creating work schedules and supervising all employees, while following company HR policies and applicable laws.
    • Working with vendors in a professional manner, and address customer complaints promptly and politely

    Requirements
    We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

    • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Possess a state issued driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check
