Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
• Develop and update project plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, and resource management
• Identify project risks and establish strategies for successful project completion
• Collaborate with diverse teams to set project goals, outcomes, and success measures
• Monitor project advancement, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to office management and the Owner
• Conduct project meetings, promote effective communication, and resolve any arising issues or conflicts
• Manage project documentation, including charters, scope statements, and change requests
• Perform post-project evaluations to pinpoint areas for enhancement and apply lessons learned

• Experience in BuildersTrend
• Experience in Project Management 5 years
• Experience in Home Remodeling 5 years

Pay: $57,002.52 - $68,648.20 per year
