Role Business Analyst

Location Enon, OH (onsite)

Duration 12 months

• Min. 4-6 years exp in S/W, IT support, Business analyst, and Systems analyst areas.

• Experience with MS SharePoint, SQL, Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net and business process management tools preferred

Skill Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel and other MS Office suite applications

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to research and resolve issues

• Solid Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net is a plus.

• Strong facilitation skills for requirement elicitation and management communications

• Good understanding of business issues and technical implications

• Excellent understanding of client operations and systems

• Good problem-solving skills and attitude

• Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities

• Ability to present information, both verbal and written, in a clear and concise manner

• Ability to multi-task and track multiple efforts concurrently

• Ability to develop estimations, including the work steps and effort hours

• Good understanding of databases, development tools, infrastructure and software applications

• Ability to translate business requirement(s) into detailed technical documentation

• Experience with software deployment processes

• Familiarity with waterfall, agile and iterative software development lifecycles

• Ability to test thoroughly including boundary testing, negative testing, ad hoc testing and regression testing

• Ability to troubleshoot issues in the certification and production environments

• Understanding of organizational change management (OCM) to assist with adoption of system changes

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• total: 10 years (Preferred)
• with MS SharePoint, SQL, Power BI, MS Visio tools: 5 years (Preferred)
