Business Analyst / Operations Generalist

Job specification

• Securities Operations
  • Vault transfer in-/out of assets
  • SIX contact and coordinator with Securities Execution team in S&Co
  • Custodian / Transfer Agent Management activities
• Cash & Treasury Operations
  • Manage correspondent banks
  • Check collections
  • Manage direct debits setups
• Investigations with Schroders Corporate Services Horsham (SCS)
• Client Identifying Data related activities
  • Storage of monthly/quarterly reports with Swiss Stamp Tax for ESTV audits
  • Storage of daily SWX transaction reporting files
  • Support queries on archived team mailboxes and residual shared drives

Required profile

• Broad experience in the various operations areas
• Service oriented and reliable personality
• A strong team player able to maintain good working relationship with SCS
• Flexible and able to cope with a changing environment
• Motivated to shape this position due to new requirements
• Strong English language skills
