Daily Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day operations and performance of the team to provide the highest level of customer service for the customer.
- Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees.
- Educates new potential customers on sales promotions, services, and the benefits of our brand vs the competition.
- Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution.
- Attend and participate in-office meetings to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction rating.
- Provides product feedback to their senior Business Development Trainee, including recommendations regarding improving the consumer experience and product/service packages.
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Minimum Business Development Trainee Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior knowledge in a Leadership role, Entry-Level Management, Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study.
- Roles in leadership positions and/or teams in school and at work.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Personable people who have built strong and lasting relationships with others.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
