Over the course of the summer you’ll collaborate as a member of our agile team, working with product owners, strategists, developers, and senior designers to understand customer pain points and provide solutions that address their needs. What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying User Experience, Product Design, Visual Design, Sociology or similar field Possess a portfolio of work that highlights your designs and process Open to Junior, Senior, and Graduate candidates Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher Available to work up to 40 hours per week between 6/03/24 and 8/23/2024 – Summer Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with individuals at all levels. Excellent administrative skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and web-based applications. Strong follow through and multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail. Local (Newton MA) candidates strongly preferred. Please plan on being hybrid (Tues/Wed). Knowledgeable and proficient in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Creative Cloud experience preferred.
