    - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
    - Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
    - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
    - Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services
    - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints

    - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
    - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
    - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting
