Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Identify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and current customers.
- Execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, quality assurance, manufacturing, and technical teams.
- Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools
- Stay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
You
To help propel this organisation forward under a new identity, you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages depending on region (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are necessary.
