Responsible for marketing the products and services of Occupational Medicine and Wellness Services to businesses in all YNHHS territories. Provides excellent customer service, problem solving and and support to existing clients, and continually seeks new clients in such a manner as to ensure continued market penetration and profitability.

Responsibilities
- 1. Develops annual sales plan for primary and secondary service area target companies, working with management to insure validity of the plan with respect to strategic goals of Occupational Medicine and Wellness Serivces.
- 2. Makes face to face contacts with all clients and potential clients in the primary and secondary territories in accordance with quarterly and annual sales plans.
- 3. Makes product presentations, both new product introductions and present product offerings, to employer prospects as prescribed by the management of OMWS and the strategic and sales/marketing plans.
- 4. Maintains market share and profitability in accordance with strategic plan and annual sales plans, and budgets
Pursues upsell opportunities with current employer clients in accordance with annual sales plan. Generates new employer clients.
- 5. Generates employer profiles for input into in Systoc in a timely fashion to insure staff knowledge of client company needs and preferences, proper billing information and pricing structure is available when client begins using services of the clinic.
- 6. Informs all staff that new company will be utilizing services of the OMWS by preferred means of communication.
- 7. Communicates service problems to the appropriate clinic manager and/or Occupational Medicine and Wellness Services management for resolution.
- 8. Communicates the resolution of the service problem to the client.
- 9. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding documentation of sales and marketing efforts in the software program identified for this purpose. Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management regarding sales activities, market analysis information, and customer services issues/resolutions.
- 10. Assists in the management and coordination of client service as it applies to the sales effort.
- 11. Participates in training, planning, and regular sales meetings as required.
- 12. Collaborates with management and consultants in addressing new services, customer service issues and market analysis.
- 13. Participates in product planning and development and sales meetings as required.
- 14. Functions as a member of the product line team.
- 15. In collaboration with the Executive Team and other stakeholders, develops communications and interfaces with potential clients in alignment with strategic plan and growth.
- 16. Acts as a liaison between multiple system departments to assist in developing marketing strategies to expand the YNHHS footprint. Executes system strategies as outward facing representative for system initiatives. Coordinates communication and schedules regular meetings between various system departments to assist in developing ways regarding how to work together more effectively to expand the YNHHS footprint (P1, NEMG, Employee Population Health m L M)
- 17. Coordinates with internal marketing department to write and develop marketing materials and create internal forms for OMWS and Employee Population Health (OMWS flyers, website, intake forms, authorization forms and posters).
Qualifications
EDUCATION
BA/BS Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) - eight (8) years previous experience in sales, health care programs, services or products required, preferably in Industrial Sales.
LICENSURE
Valid CT State Driver's license required.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills necessary to interact and deal effectively with a wide variety of individuals, including: all levels of the YNHHS organization, a variety of outside contacts at multiple levels within the organization, including but not limited to Human Resources, Medical Personnel, and CEOs/business leaders. Excellent written communication skills. Knowledge of health care provider environment and corporate health issues. Reliable transportation required.
