Responsibilities
· Develop a full understanding of strategy, design, development and marketing services in order to effectively talk to clients about these services
· Work with prospective clients to identify their needs and make recommendations of matching products and services
· Write custom and templated high level quotes and proposals to support our sales process
· Work with project teams to support any business development related project requests
· Create and lead capabilities presentations
· Work with a variety of partners that support our offerings
· Coordinate internal and client/prospect meetings
· Maintain accurate data in our CRM and be able to report on status of all opportunities
· Support proactive sales efforts with the account management and other internal teams
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field
· Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
· Experience with the design and development of websites and an understanding of web technologies; familiarity with digital marketing knowledge is a plus
· Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
· Must be able to distill pertinent information from client communications, and distribute key points to team members
· Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
· Competencies in MS Office product suite and other related common communications tools is required
