As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Perform cold calls/emails to contact prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Follow-up with former clients to see what their needs are
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Utilize staffing software, such as COATS, to track sales activities and generate reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Participate in networking events and manage social media to promote the company’s services
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth

Compensation:
- Annual draw of $50,000 - $65,000, plus commission (Draw depends on experience)
