Responsible for initial relationship and follow-up with prospects. Develops and executes marketing and sales strategies according to business objectives. Additionally, Business Development Officer (Select Customer) prepares and presents sales results to top management. Retains and expands existing customer relationships and acquires new customers.     Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

    • Communicate directly with customers on order requests, eligible service updates, product tracking, and billing information
    • Participate in campaigns to present product and service information and complete the full funnel of the enrollment process with customers
    • Meet our company’s direct communication standards between you and the client - Always handle questions, concerns, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism, care, and politeness
    • Interact with Customer Service and Sales Manager to prioritize customer orders and claims and deliver solutions to problem areas in the sales, service, or compliance departments
    • Train cross-functionally to oversee all components of the customer experience lifecycle from initial contact to managing the delivery and installation
    • Partner with the Customer Service Department Manager to participate in and lead hiring, onboarding, and new employee training sessions
    • Always research to monitor industry trends and create new customer service strategies to ensure we are delivering the best-in-class customer support

    Qualifications We Look for in a Customer Support Associate:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field preferred, but not required
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-2 years of experience as a Client Success Associate or Sales Representative
    • Customer-centric and able to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters
    • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients
    • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time adequately

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

    Shift:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift

    Weekly day range:

    • Monday to Friday
