Position Description:
We are looking for an SBA BDO to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be pioneering our local SBA efforts and working closely with our technology teams to automate, systematize, and greatly improve the SBA customer experience. You will be reviewing SBA 7(a) applications as well as spearheading our small loan and SBA express products. Your responsibilities include communicating directly with borrowers to qualify and structure their loans to ensure they fit within the SBA SOP guidelines and eligibility.
We are looking for a leader who will also be able to train more junior development representatives and build a strong and industry leading team.
The unique aspect of this role is that although we value new business and relationship generation, we have a substantial amount of leads and volume already that should be more that enough to keep you and the team busy.
