As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. You'll identify, research, and engage potential clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
Primary Job Function
Reports to: VP of Sales
Work Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some nights, and weekends.
Location: Remote
Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earning opportunities through spiffs/incentives. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $37.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives.
