Antrim, NH. We partner with large, multifamily developers, in major metropolitan markets to design,
produce, and install residential sign systems.
The Role:
Our New Business Development team member will focus on identifying and developing new
client relationships. This role requires an individual to be comfortable with regular prospecting
for new business opportunities. Operating in the construction industry means working with long
sales cycles. These sales cycles can range anywhere from six months to two years. Our new team
member must be comfortable working without a script and be able to handle objections and
rejection well. There are no sales assistants, so client profile reports, CRM entries and tracking
are completed by the individual. This role is the perfect fit for a goal-oriented, hunter-mentality
individual, who is also a team player and has the character to build client relationships.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment
• 4 years’ of experience in a sales or similar role
• Sales “Hunter” personality
• CRM experience required
• Prospecting experience
• Pipeline accuracy management
• Patience and tenacity are a must
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Residential sign system sales experience is preferred
• Construction industry sales knowledge preferred (prequals, bids, etc).
