• Recommends, creates and follows standardized checklists and best practices for client interactions
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable - Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions - Processing payroll and ensuring accurate payroll tax filings - Maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial statements - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting - Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards - Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts - Assisting with tax preparation and filing
• Manages sensitive matters with an unwavering level of confidentiality
• Maintains a clean and organized office building
• Accurately records and updates for each activity and all client requests and assignments
• Supports other owner and team activities, tasks as requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
