Business Intelligence Director directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making.     Business Intelligence Developer (BID), full-time position located in the Administration office, Turlock, CA.

The Association currently provides lending services to approximately 5,200 customers with loan volume approximately $4.4 billion. Major commodities financed include dairy and almonds, in addition to irrigated field crops, cattle, wine grapes and walnuts.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    The BID will be responsible for developing new processes and systems as well as maintaining our current BI environment by being proactive in monitoring and fixing failures. Deliver ideas, provide demonstrations, or preview new programs one on one or in group settings. Lead software development, deployment, and maintenance in consultation with cross functional teams in the Association. Interpret business requirements and document them as technical requirements. Work closely with other Business Intelligence team members, providing support and guidance. Responsible for all avenues of SQL Server Development, including data warehouse design, queries, stored procedures and functions, SQL Server Agent Jobs, triggers, and SQL Server Integration Services packages. Develop C# applications using Visual Studio and GIT for version management. Other duties as assigned.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines or related areas of expertise:
      • Computer Science
      • Software Engineering
      • Management Information Systems
      • Data Science
    • A minimum of 5 years of working experience with SQL Server. Professional certifications along with relevant years of experience will also be considered.
    • Proficient in Data modeling and Database design.
    • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Development.
    • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Integration Services.
    • Proficient in Visual Studio, and C# with emphasis in Object Oriented programing.
    • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of Business Analysis and Process modeling tools.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.

    GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:

    Yosemite Farm Credit offers a competitive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to, outstanding vacation/sick time accrual, health, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, 401k fixed AND company match, corporate fitness program, performance related compensation, volunteer time off and paid holidays.

    The Base Salary for this position ranges from $7,500 (minimum) - $8,600 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.

    WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:

    Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees' home office. Please note, this is not a fully remote position.
