What You'll Do

The Dental Intelligence Customer Onboarding Specialist is a professional role and is responsible for laying the groundwork for perpetual renewals by empowering our customers to use our solutions to grow their practices more intelligently. An ideal candidate will be fearless against opposition, have desired coachability, is familiar with their DISC profile, is an active listener, is willing to challenge the status quo by striving for optimization, and is accountable in everything they do.

Outcomes You’ll Own

• Oversee the Onboarding Journey for our Customers - Coordinate a swift handoff from Sales and a successful installation, onboarding, and adoption process for our large, multi-location customers. Monitor new customer progress and achievement of desired milestones. Facilitate strategic conversations with practice management and staff about how to implement our solutions and achieve optimum return on investment. Familiarize yourself with self-serve resources and prescribe specific materials at the appropriate times to our customers.
• Report on the Success of our Customers - Report on your ability to navigate challenges and roadblocks and help the customer implement our solutions
• Resolve Escalations - Proficient in de-escalation. Familiarize yourself with the Overcoming Objections playset.
• Cross-Functional Alignment - Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs at the appropriate times. Willingness to hold others and yourself accountable.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Experience in SAAS Support or Customer Service

• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to present professionally in a friendly voice that is tuned to different audiences
• Highly organized, prompt, and responsive with an owner’s mindset
• Ability to work 40 hours or more per week
