The Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst is a full-time position that will serve as a member of the IT team aimed at providing IT support to all internal Plews & Edelmann team members. This position requires a technical background working with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, etc.), as well as a good understanding of project management and collaboration concepts. The Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst will work with multiple unique teams to help evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and workflows to assist with streamlining processes and promoting efficiencies.
As a skilled analyst and highly organized problem solving professional, the Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst for Plews & Edelmann must possess a strong technical background in information technology who is capable of working with minimal supervision and maximum accountability. The Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst will interface extensively and provide support to Plews & Edelmann internal teams and external customers. Additionally, the Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst will demonstrate fiscal responsibility in managing expenses, manage time efficiently, and clearly convey the Plews & Edelmann value proposition.
