About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Consultant in Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) Marketing. This Personalization Lead will help advance CSBB marketing in the branch channel.
This requires implementing the vision for personalized marketing, identification of new and changed processes, and cross-functional collaboration and consultation with product and segment marketing managers. Personalized marketing experiences are a critical strategic lever for improving customer checking primacy, retention, deepening of relationships and overall portfolio profitability.

In this role, you will:-
Lead reporting and insights delivery and articulate detailed requirements for ad hoc analysis
- Strive to continuously improve banker engagement with leads by developing and evangelizing best practices, reviewing data, and identifying insights to inform strategy.
- Triage issues related to a large scale, human channel experiencing rapid maturation and evolution as complex new data and technology capabilities are deployed
- Work with partner organizations such as branch strategy and operations teams, Marketing Services, and other marketing teams to harmonize operating models related to an algorithmic decision engine and use of other marketing personalization techniques and technology.
- Build and implement new routines and procedures needed to drive business outcomes and achieve target operating model, resulting in incremental marketing financial contribution through growth in personalization.

Successfully navigate a matrixed organization leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and without direct authority.
Required Qualifications:-
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Experience with marketing analytics within financial services
- Project management experience in delivering reporting and synthesizing insights to drive business decisions and shape strategy
- Experience in outlining data requirements and basic understanding of data architecture
- Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and developing cross-functional partnerships
- Experience presenting engaging and persuasive content to different levels within the organization

Salary Range:
- San Francisco, California: $115,900-$206,100 annual base.

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
